Just Closed! 🎉

I am SO proud of this sale! This is a tough market. Between high interest rates, the crazy economy, and the market moving at a much slower pace, there are just fewer buyers out there looking to purchase a home. And Vail has been even slower than Tucson!

So to sell this home at the top of the market is a pretty big deal. In fact, at $715,000, it’s one of the highest sales Rincon Trails has ever seen!

But I have to give a HUGE amount of credit to my sellers, who did an incredible job updating this gorgeous home. I can’t even tell you how many people asked me if it was new construction (it was built in 2005) or a model home. One person even commented on my TikTok insisting the house was AI. But I can assure you, no AI was used. Just a gorgeous home and some really good photography. 😂

We had the best time celebrating the retirement of our wonderful broker, Jim Bowman, who is retiring after 40 years with Coldwell Banker Realty! 🙌🏻

A lot of people don’t know this, but as REALTORS® we’re actually self-employed. Our management isn’t there to make sure we show up and do our jobs. Their job is to support us, inspire us, give us advice, and of course, keep us from getting sued. 😂

Jim has done all of that so well. He’s simultaneously held three positions with the company and somehow has always made time for us agents to stop by his office, get advice, or just talk.
