Congratulation to my sellers on the closing of their house today. Listed on a Friday and 4 offers over list price by Monday. We closed at $42,000 over list price. Closed in one month. Wishing them the best of luck in their new home.

There's nothing better than wrapping up a call with sellers to go over the offers they received on their house and hear them say, "Aimee, this is the best anniversary gift you could have given us." Turns out our Highest & Best deadline fell on their anniversary and they selected a buyer.
Thinking of buying or selling, I would be happy to help.

Huge congratulations to my amazing buyers on closing on their new home! 🏡🔑

Finding the right house is a journey, and this one was truly a testament to patience and perseverance. After making offers on four other properties, everything finally fell into place. Even with a minor bump in the road—like a delayed mortgage commitment date—we pushed through, stayed on track, and made it across the finish line!

Working with resilient clients who trust the process makes every step worth it. Wishing you endless happiness, wonderful memories, and all the joy that comes with making this home truly yours!

For me, real estate isn't just about helping a family sell or find home. It's also about helping individuals find a place to call home when starting, expanding or a fresh start for their business. Today is fresh start for my commercial client. The journey was a little rocky with the first space he wanted to rent. The lease came through with hidden costs that were never disclosed to us prior to getting to a lease. As much as the listing agent wanted to make the deal work, we could not come to an agreement. We went back to tour a space previously toured. Everything was disclosed right out of the gate, the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. Wishing you the best of luck in Trumbull Nick & Pat.
