This one feels a little different. 🙏🏾😅
In real estate, we love to share the wins—the JUST LISTED, UNDER CONTRACT & SOLD posts—but we don’t always talk about what it sometimes takes behind the scenes to get to that point.
This property was definitely one of those challenging ones. Between changes in the market, unexpected obstacles, and a few frustrating moments along the way, there were times when I had to go back to the drawing board, switch up the strategy, and figure out the next move.
As a Listing Agent, your client doesn’t always see every phone call, conversation, negotiation, follow-up, or adjustment happening behind the scenes. They just trust you with one goal: GET IT DONE.
And that’s exactly what I stayed committed to doing.
After navigating the challenges, staying persistent, and continuing to find ways to make the deal work, we are officially UNDER CONTRACT!
