With a passion for helping others, a strong foundation in real estate, and deep roots in Northeast Kansas, Wendie brings a wealth of experience, local knowledge, and a genuine commitment to putting people first.
Wendie’s appreciation for homes and craftsmanship began at an early age. Growing up with both her father and grandfather working as carpenters, she developed an understanding of the hard work, dedication, and attention to detail that go into building and maintaining a home.
Before pursuing her career in real estate, Wendie spent 17 years in the dental field, where she built a strong foundation in communication, professionalism, and lasting relationships. She also brings a background in the legal field, providing her with valuable insight when assisting clients navigating real estate transactions involving divorce, probate, and other complex circumstances.
Today, Wendie proudly serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northeast Kansas, specializing in residential real estate, rural properties, farms, acreages, new construction, and investment properties. She understands that every client and every transaction is unique, and she takes pride in providing honest guidance, clear communication, and a personalized approach from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, Wendie is passionate about her family and community. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their four teenagers, making memories, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible. She also believes strongly in giving back to the community she calls home, serving as President of her children’s Post Prom Committee and actively participating in the Young Professionals Network (YPN) through her local REALTOR® association.
For Wendie, real estate has never been simply about buying and selling properties. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, advocating for her clients, and helping people confidently navigate some of life’s biggest decisions. Her dedication to her clients, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing what’s right are at the heart of everything she does.
