Can we just have a little heart-to-heart about this real estate market?

Because if we're being real, it's tough out there. And we know it.

If you're a seller, you're probably wondering where all the buyers have gone. Your home has been on the market longer than you expected, the showings aren't coming as often as you'd hoped, and you're starting to question everything. Is it the price? Is it the house? Should we just take it off the market and wait?
