Former Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy, who recently signed as the new head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers for this season, sold his Allen, Texas mansion for $5.3 million last year after closing the chapter with the team. McCarthy, who led the Cowboys from 2020 to 2024 with three consecutive 12-5 seasons and just one playoff win, parted ways over contract disagreements in early 2025. Set along the Twin Creeks Golf Course, the 8,346-square-foot estate includes 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. Additional highlights include a pool and spa, putting green, expansive golf course views, and a 5-car climate-controlled garage. More photos in comments.

Nine months after the passing of her husband Ozzy Osbourne, Sharon Osbourne listed their Hancock Park home in Los Angeles for $17 million. The couple purchased the Spanish Revival estate in 2015 for $11.85 million and carried out extensive restorations during their ownership.

Dating back to the 1920s, the property sits on about half an acre and spans roughly 10,200 to 11,565 square feet, depending on the source. It includes 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a guesthouse, home theater, and a mosaic-tiled pool, with the theater still said to feature signatures from celebrity visitors.

Sharon is reportedly splitting her time between Los Angeles and the U.K., which appears to be a key reason behind the sale.

George Foreman’s longtime Texas estate has hit the market for $6 million, nearly 19 months after the two-time heavyweight boxing champion’s passing in 2025. Located in Huffman, about 35 miles northeast of Houston, the Mediterranean-style residence was custom-built by Foreman and his wife, Mary Joan Martelly, in 2001. The roughly 12,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a central atrium, and two kitchens, including one used to film commercials for his namesake grill. An adjoining 11,000-square-foot garage once housed his collection of more than 40 cars.

Dak Presscot's new Texas home is beginning to take shape 🏠

The Dallas Cowboys ace bought a mansion in Prospect, Texas, for $3.3million back in June 2019, but Prescott decided to demolish the home to build a mammoth new property completely to his liking 😮

Photos of the house show that it has multiple wings with large and towering windows throughout. They also show the quarterback has a half football pitch on the grounds to get his reps in. The field features yard lines, as well as Dak’s “4K” logo in the midfield 💥

It looks insane! 🤑

If you’ve been wondering whether people are still buying homes in Frisco, 209 properties changed hands in August alone, and most weren’t at the very top of the city’s price range. New real estate data shows Frisco recorded 209 home sales in August 2026, slightly higher than the 206 homes sold during August 2025. The largest share of those sales fell between $400,001 and $700,000, showing where much of the activity is happening as buyers continue navigating one of North Texas’ most closely watched housing markets. The year over year increase is small, just three additional sales, but it comes as Frisco continues adding neighborhoods, businesses and major developments across the city. For longtime residents who remember when a Frisco home could be bought for a fraction of today’s prices, seeing $400,000 to $700,000 emerge as the busiest range shows just how much the local housing market has changed, while the next few months will show whether August’s sales activity can hold as the market moves into fall.

The longtime Texas lake house of late Dallas Mavericks head coach Don Nelson is on the market for $5 million, having been listed shortly before his death in August. Nelson, the Hall of Fame coach who led the Mavericks from 1997 to 2005 and became known for his unconventional “Nellie Ball” style, made the Cedar Creek Lake estate a family gathering place that remained in the Nelson family for more than two decades. Set along a protected cove within the gated Beachwood Estates community, the property spans nearly four acres with three separate residences and space to accommodate more than 20 guests.
