This kitchen design was so much fun. The previous kitchen was sleek, modern, and gray and the clients were ready for some warmth.

I give you custom cabinets in SW Sh*take with White Oak island and range hood. Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, all pulled together with a classic marble mosaic backsplash. And we curved the backside of island to give the space some softness, and work best in the space.

I love designing kitchens in 3D. It gives so many options to get it perfectly right before construction begins.

What are the other benefits of designing your space in 3D?

💥a less stressful build process— no running out to the stone yard on a Friday afternoon because the builder forgot to tell you that you needed to have your kitchen slabs chosen

💥detailed plans with exact placement of lights and plumbing mean less mistakes and rework during the construction process.

💥fewer changes during construction means fewer expensive change orders. Rendering your space will pay for itself many times over.

💥you get the dopamine hit of being excited for your project well before and throughout your build, knowing exactly what it will look like.

😍 Designing kitchens and bathrooms, and custom cabinetry / storage solutions precisely for how YOU live in your home, is my absolute JAM!

Can you spot the addition? 👀

All of these homes needed a bit more space so each of them got 600-750 SF additions. And I challenge anyone to tell me what part of the houses that were additions.

Confession— I don’t love additions— or better said— I don’t love additions that look like additions.

So we go to great strides to have our additions feel original to the home— from carrying the exterior finishes where possible, to installing reclaimed oak flooring to match the original.

If you are thinking of adding on, let’s talk about it.

We have capacity in the back half of the year to plan, design and build the extra space you need.

Let’s start with a call to discuss the goals you have. Link in bio.

Four weeks ago, our 3-year-old Dean wouldn’t leave the safety of the pool steps. Yesterday, he was leapt off the front of the boat—again and again—without hesitation. No questions. No fear. Just pure, confident joy.

Kids, man. Don’t they teach us more than we teach them?

Nine years ago, I left a steady corporate accounting job because I knew it wasn’t my path. People thought I was nuts—but I just knew. So I leapt.

Today, I get to design and build dream homes for incredible people—and I’m endlessly grateful I followed that gut feeling.

There’s nothing more rewarding than creating spaces where people find calm, joy, and a little magic. Spaces that feel undeniably them.

✨ If you’re planning a new build or remodel, the best first step to take is designing your space in 3D. It’s how we solve layout issues, maximize flow, and make every design decision up front—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and excitement.

Our clients love their location (and we see why!)—but the cool, modern interior just didn’t feel like “them.” So, we said goodbye to sleek grays and hello to a warm, earthy palette that truly reflects their style.

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

🌿 Kitchen Glow-Up: all new custom cabinetry design med in-hulouse, including a custom-curved white oak island and expanded pantry for function + wow-factor.

🌿 Primary Suite Bliss: We removed the shower wall to flood the bath with light—instant spa vibes.

🌿 Purposeful Laundry: Transformed the old laundry/mudroom/drop zone into a dedicated, functional space.

🌿 Cozy Living: Added soft custom arches flanking the fireplace to create a warm, inviting vibe.

Every detail was designed and rendered in 3D right here in-house—so our clients could see it, love it, and feel confident before construction even began.

We’re inching toward the finish line on this beauty, and it already feels like home.

Did you know we do residential remodels and renovations? We DO!!! And while we always love saving old homes from being demolished (and we have a few coming soon), we have moved our business to working PRIMARILY with private clients.

So if you LOVE where you live, but want to make your house work EVEN BETTER for your life, be cohesive and beautiful…we’d love to help you.

Or if you’ve found a home you want to buy, but KNOW it doesn’t quite work for your life or family, we can help you with that too.

We offer 3D renderings for clients anywhere in the world, and we do design work AND the local construction if you are in Central TX.

We have TWO renovation spots this summer if you are ready to get your home more beautiful and functional than it’s ever been!!

And we are always available for 3D Renderings, primarily because we have young kids who don’t sleep and LOVES making 3D design plans more than anything else (ESPECIALLY late at night while I’m sleeping). Sexy, I know.

So shoot us a DM, or go straight to our website and book a call with us.

We can’t wait to create a home that works beautifully for your family!

✨ Two Spots Just Opened for July! ✨

If you’re planning to remodel your kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry/mudroom—pause the Pinterest scrolling for just a sec.

Designing before construction starts is the secret to a smoother, more beautiful (and less stressful!) renovation. Here’s why:

✔️ Every detail—tile, lighting, plumbing, cabinetry—is chosen before a hammer swings.
✔️ You avoid mid-project decision fatigue (and costly change orders).
✔️ Your contractor has clear, detailed plans to follow—no guessing, no gray areas.
✔️ Your home ends up both stunning and functional for the way YOU live.

I design kitchens, baths, and laundry/mudroom spaces with intention, clarity, and a little creative magic—and thanks to a couple of clients traveling this summer, I’ve just opened two new design slots for July. 🎉

Want to see if one of them has your name on it?
