Fall break gave us the opportunity to take the kids on a trip they’ve been dreaming about for years, London, England!

Our son fell in love with Harry Potter years ago and has read all eight books multiple times. Naturally, his excitement rubbed off on his little sister, so getting to experience some of that magic in person was pretty special for them.

Beyond Harry Potter, we explored London like locals, rode the Tube, walked more miles than I can count, visited iconic landmarks, and enjoyed the simple moments in between.

I’ll admit, Harry Potter wouldn’t have been my first choice for a vacation. But watching our kids’ faces light up made every bit of it worthwhile.

As parents, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget just how quickly these years pass. I’m incredibly grateful that Joyce and I get to share these experiences with our kids and make memories they’ll hopefully carry with them forever.

What started as a referral from a local friend turned into an opportunity to help our sellers take the next step toward the life they've been working for.

Some properties are investments and some properties change your life. This one did both. 🙌

I’m excited to put 1505/1507 Habersham Street in Savannah, Georgia on the market, but I’ll admit, it’s a little bittersweet.

Relationships and friendships matter.

Years ago, I served with her dad at 1-14th at Fort Rucker, Al. He was the HHC 1SG, I was the S3 NCOIC, and after retiring from the Army, we stayed connected.

Fast forward to today, his daughter and her husband are transitioning out of the military and moving to San Antonio to start their next chapter, including medical school.

I was fortunate enough to help them find their new home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with these two. Zero debt, incredibly disciplined, and already thinking long-term about how this home fits into their future.

From serving alongside her dad to helping the next generation plant roots, it's pretty cool!
