✨ A NEW NAME. A MORE PERSONAL BRAND. THE SAME JILL. ✨

I’m so excited to finally share something I’ve been working on…

Rother Real Estate Group is becoming
JILL ROTHER & CO. FINE HOMES of Keller Williams Realty Phoenix!

After 23 years with Keller Williams, my business has grown and evolved—and I realized it was time for my personal brand to do the same. I am not changing brokerages nor becoming my own broker...for many reasons.

My clients have always worked directly with me. I’m your Realtor, your negotiator, your advisor and the person walking beside you through one of life’s biggest decisions. I’m fortunate to have wonderful administrative support behind the scenes, but the relationship has always been personal.

That’s why Jill Rother & Co. Fine Homes feels so right.

What isn’t changing?

🏡 The personal service you know
🤍 The relationships I value so deeply
🔑 The experience and local knowledge I bring to every transaction
🌵 My commitment to helping clients in the Phoenix Metro Area
❤️ And my longtime home at Keller Williams Realty PHOENIX

The name is new.

The commitment is not.

Welcome to the next chapter of Jill Rother & Co. Fine Homes.

Thank you to my amazing branding team, Christine Lowell, my branding photographer and Janae Rowe of Desert Branding for helping me refresh my brand....long over due.

I can’t wait to share more with you.

If you know of anyone who needs housing assistance, Chandler is opening up its waitlist, which is a really big deal. Have them apply. We need to take care of our neighbors.

Chandler's Housing and Redevelopment Division is opening its public housing waitlist for three-, four- and five-bedroom family sizes.

Interested applicants can pre-apply online at chandleraz.gov/AffordableHousing starting at noon Friday, April 3 through noon Friday, April 17. Paper pre-applications may be requested via email at [email protected] or by phone at 480-782-3200.

This waitlist is only for existing public housing sites and not the Villas on McQueen property. The waitlist for Villas on McQueen will open in late April.

Detailed information, including income eligibility guidelines, preferences, selection method and more, is available online at chandleraz.gov/HousingPublicNotices

My family and I are once again taking part in the Phoenix Children's Hospital Ignite Hope Walk next weekend. For the eight years our daughter Brooklyn was with us, we were never able to participate—she was often too ill or admitted at PCH, and it just wasn’t possible to bring her to the event.
We chose to join the walk the year Brooklyn passed away, as a way to honor her and to support the kids and parents who find themselves in the hospital during the Christmas season. Being there in person is truly life-changing—you can feel the love and hope all around you.
This year, we’ll be walking with Taylor’s Aspire club volleyball team, and we’re also taking part in the fundraiser. Our goal is $500, and we’re already at $400. If you’re able, we would be so grateful for your help in reaching—and hopefully surpassing—our goal again this year.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
