SoCal wodapalooza x Disneyland x Influenza

Had an awesome time competing Gymreapers Wodapalooza last weekend in Huntington Beach! This was one of my first big solo comps and I’m super proud of how I did. Now time to get better lol.

Had the best team there supporting me!

My wife who handled everything plus our big guy all weekend Rachel Kramer thank you. She probably had more stress than me all weekend 😬

And my two fellow CFT competitors Gabe Swaba and PARKER FONTECCHIO we showed them what CrossFit tempe is all about.

And of course Michelle Rodriguez and Nathan Balli I appreciate all you guys!!!

And big shout out to my couch Jeff Cooper

A whole DECADE off the he**in!!!

Also the year I became a Dad.

I always take this time to reflect on the journey that has been my life. Making it to 10 years didn’t seem possible back then. Now it just feels like a little blip in my life that made me a stronger and more resilient person. It also taught me that time is our most valuable resource and to never take it for granted.

I would never be here without all the people that have supported me along the way and made big impacts on my life. To you all I am truly thankful. I couldn’t have dreamed for a better life at this point and it just keeps getting better! Here’s to the next decade.

The grass isn’t always greener on the other side… but sometimes it is.

Looking for that grass yard charm then look no further than Arcadia!
