βWhat do you do for fun?β
Apparentlyβ¦ I move staging pieces around until everything looks just right. π
When Iβm getting a home ready to market, I look at every room through the eyes of the camera.
Sometimes that means full staging. Sometimes itβs working with what my clients already have, rearranging a few things, and bringing in a handful of pieces of my own to finish it off.
And then there are the little details. Curtains positioned just right. Bathroom mats and trash cans tucked away. Counters cleared. Even the toilet paper gets my attention. π
Before the photographer ever walks through the door, I go room by room thinking about how each space is going to look in photos and video.
Because buyers are often introduced to a home through a screen first, and those little details really do matter.
My job isnβt just to put a home on the market. Itβs to make sure weβre presenting it in the best light possible. π‘β¨
