Congratulations to the new homeowners of 13520 Myerholts Dr. in Morenci! 🎉

We had the privilege of representing the buyers on this one, and we were especially honored to help a veteran and his family with their home purchase. Thank you for your service and for trusting us to be part of such an important milestone. 🇺🇸

These kiddos have known Janis long enough that she’s simply “Aunt Janis” to them. ❤️ And we think that makes this SOLD photo pretty special.

Of course, we couldn’t send them off to their new home empty-handed! For their closing gift, they chose Janis’s homemade Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough to go along with their custom bread knife. 🌶️🧀🍞
