Before moving forward with this family’s renovation, we needed to understand what was supporting their home.

We excavated alongside the house to expose the existing foundation so the architect could inspect it and prepare the new plans based on what’s actually there.

Taking these steps early helps reduce surprises, guide the next phase, and give our clients peace of mind knowing there’s a clear plan ahead.

Before framing begins, we meet with our framing team, Gerry and Daniela to review the work and make sure everyone is on the same page.

One of the most important parts of this plan is protecting our clients’ home. They’re still living there during construction, so we’re coordinating the work with their comfort and daily life in mind. 🏡
