🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 I’m so happy for my buyers. I had the honor and the pleasure of meeting this family when they reached out to me about one of my previous listings. Like so many, they were ready to move on from the West Coast and call Tampa Bay home. We held a few calls, shared a few properties and ultimately scheduled time for them to visit. They flew into town and we saw a couple cool properties, but they were dated, required much more work and the sellers were demanding a premium price. When they walked into this home, they fell in love. I tell my clients all the time, you know the minute you walk in and they knew. Thankfully my friend Amanda Siftar, Realtor had the listing and her and I always work well together. She had a few offers on this property, but the parties thankfully couldn’t come to terms before we came in. Reputation in our industry is extremely important and in some cases, more important than the offer itself. We all worked together and it made this transaction so smooth. 🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 The best thing a real estate agent can hear is, “I have a referral for you,” but not for the reason you might think. It has nothing to do with money or sales volume, but everything to do with the trust that is earned. The fact that someone trusts you enough to let you help their family, friends or relocation clients is something honorable and should never be taken for granted. These buyers were introduced to me through our closest friends and I am extremely grateful. They were moving back to Tampa and we searched for months to find the right home. I tried to tour and preview properties without them to ensure we weren’t wasting time. I asked frequently for pocket listings during our weekly agent roundtable meetings, but eventually had to pivot. We started in one location but the market was not working in our favor so we opened the search. We ultimately found this beautiful home, in a fantastic gated, golf course community, and the best part….keeping them close to their best friends. We negotiated an incredible deal and I’m so happy for them. I cannot wait to see the transformation of this home and be invited to the first party. Congratulations and thank you 🍾

🚨🏡 SOLD! 🏡🚨 I tell my clients all the time that a home inspection is the best money you’ll spend when buying a home. The inspection will confirm whether you should buy the house or run like hell…which, unfortunately, these buyers had to do. From rewiring electrical to replacing broken cast-iron plumbing, had these buyers not performed the proper inspections, they could have walked into some serious expenses. Thankfully, they trusted the process, moved on, and found this home. It was the perfect transaction and I couldn’t be happier for my buyers. They’ve been amazing to work with and I’m blessed to now call them friends. They found themselves a great home in the area they always wanted, close to their best friends. 🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 Do you remember when I listed this house and I said it was my favorite house in Westchase that I’ve ever toured and/or sold…well clearly many others thought so too. Every buyer that entered the home, fell in love with the one-of-kind view. It’s the million dollar view you rarely find in Westchase. Because of that, we ended up with multiple great offers and my sellers were happy. They were most pleased that they found a buyer they felt loved this home as much as they did. I recommended they go with their gut and that is exactly what they did. Fortunately for me, my friendship with the buyer’s agent made this transaction even smoother. My friend and colleague Anthony Malafronte - My Tampa Agent represented this buyer. Anthony was the first agent I met at my old brokerage in 2015 before I quit corporate America and became a full-time real estate professional. Since working together, we have both moved to other brokerages but always stayed in touch. Real estate is a relationship business and when everyone works together, the best transactions take place. As for my sellers, words will never describe the appreciation and admiration I have for them. 🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 Throughout my career, I’ve been blessed to meet and help some really awesome people. Nothing makes me happier than getting the call from past clients asking for help…and this month I’ve shared two stories. I’m extremely grateful and will never take these relationships for granted. Those who know me, know I pour my heart and sole into my profession. I love my job and genuinely care so much about my clients. A few years back, this incredible couple bought one of my favorite homes in Westchase but unfortunately outgrew it. For months, we’ve searched and walked many other homes, but nothing felt right. I always say, “you will know it’s your home when you walk in,” and when they walked this one, it felt like home. Great neighborhood, great layout and tons of space. 🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 Many people say, show me your friends and I’ll show you your future...and I hope that is true. These friends just bought a badass lot, on an awesome Island, to build an incredible house. I’m so incredibly happy for them. I met this couple early in my career and they are amazing. Extremely smart, successful and knowledgeable. Every time we talk, I feel like I get smarter. Being an engineer and working on so many amazing homes, my buyers have been building the playbook for their future home. What they like, don’t like, would modify etc…I cannot wait to watch this journey. The end result is going to be spectacular. And with Oggi and Bake n Babes up the road…not sure how life gets much better. I love my job.

🚨🏡 SOLD. 🏡🚨 This is another one for the books. I met these sellers a few years ago when I was looking for a townhome for a friend. At the time, these sellers weren’t sure they wanted to sell, but they tossed around the idea. My friend ended up buying a different unit but the sellers and I stayed in communication. They said they’d call when the time came (something us realtors hear quite often.) At the end of 2025, I received the call that they were ready so their prep began. Their honestly and loyalty meant everything and I was determined to take care of them. We ended up getting a couple offers, but one was perfect. Aside from the price and terms, the buyer’s agent, , was awesome. We worked together seamlessly and I couldn’t be more thankful. A huge congratulations to my sellers and his buyers. What a great transaction. I love my job.
