Well, Here’s the side of real estate you don’t always get to see on social media.
Not every deal closes. Not every contract goes perfectly. Sometimes, things fall apart despite best efforts.
And that’s okay.
It’s important to normalize the negatives, setbacks, and lessons that come with this business.
Behind every “Under Contract” post are inspections, negotiations, cancellations, unexpected surprises, and sometimes deals that simply don’t make it to the finish line.
A big shoutout to .ferrante.mortgage and for doing everything we could to keep this transaction moving forward. Sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, a deal just isn’t meant to make it to the finish line. I’m proud of the teamwork, communication, and effort everyone put in along the way. 🤝
