Almost 4 years in real estate this February, and 2 years with Paramount Home Group and joining this team completely changed the trajectory of my business and my life.

When I first got into real estate, I knew what I wanted: financial freedom, a beautiful home, money going into savings, and a business that could create real opportunities for me and my family. What I didn’t have was a clear roadmap to get there.

This team taught me how to run my business like a BUSINESS.

How to use a CRM.
How to follow up consistently.
How to generate leads.
How to stay accountable.
How to serve clients at such a high level that one transaction turns into referrals and long-term relationships.

This has been 8 months in the making, and I couldn’t be prouder of him for staying patient and committed throughout the process. A special shoutout to his brother Jonathan for being right there alongside him through the house-hunting journey.

We found the perfect pool home and were able to negotiate a strong deal that put him in a great position. I’m excited to see how you make this place your own!

This transaction had quite a few moving parts. Jiny needed to sell her business in order to purchase her new home, so timing, communication, and coordination were extremely important. This was a much-needed trip! Owego truly owes me nothing. 🙌🏾

I had the opportunity to hike some beautiful trails, take in breathtaking waterfalls, and tour the largest dairy farm in Owego—Mead Family Farm. It was such an incredible experience and a great reminder to slow down and enjoy the beauty around us.

Every closing has a story, and this one was especially meaningful.

I first met Mrs. Cathy over a year ago at an open house, and we’ve stayed in touch ever since. Her goal was simple: find the right opportunity to purchase a home for herself and her daughter when the timing made the most sense. Throughout that time, I kept her informed on the market, explained how changing conditions could work in her favor, and helped her prepare until she felt confident taking the next step.

I’m excited to say we were able to find them a beautiful home UNDER BUDGET with **ALL OF THEIR CLOSING COSTS PAID BY THE SELLER!** That’s the power of understanding the market and having a strategy.

This is another very special closing for me!

I was able to help my cousin, Malik Sharp, and his wonderful wife, Michelle, purchase their first home today! They have truly been a pleasure to work with, and this experience has brought us even closer together as family.

It is such a surreal feeling to help the same family I grew up with become homeowners. I know the backstory that led to this incredible moment, and I could not be prouder of the man Malik has become. I know God has so much in store for them both, and I am blessed to be a part of their journey.
