Sometimes the right introduction can completely change the course of a real estate journey.

I received a call from this wonderful buyer just as she was preparing to move forward on a property directly with the listing agent. A trusted colleague and friend suggested she reach out to me before signing anything — and I’m so grateful she did.

She had no agreement in place, so we signed a Buyer Brokerage Agreement and immediately got to work. Unbeknownst to her, another unit had just become available within the same community. We toured every option, compared the opportunities, and then I got to work negotiating on her behalf.

The result? She closed at a price 6% below where she originally thought she would land.

But what I love most about this transaction is the relationship that came from it. It has been such a pleasure getting to know her, helping her navigate the process, and watching this exciting next chapter begin.

Working in Tampa real estate gives me a front row seat to some of the best full circle moments. 🫶

The first time buyer who starts out convinced they’ll never feel ready, and getting their keys at the closing table.

The family who texts me photos a few weeks after closing because the boxes are finally gone, the pictures are on the walls, and the house already looks completely different from the day we walked through it.

The person who’s been following along from another state, learning the neighborhoods and saving all my local recommendations, who eventually reaches out and says, “Okay, you officially made me fall in love with this place. I think I’m ready to move.”

Those are the moments that remind me why I love what I do.

Because I get to see people before the decision feels real, walk alongside them while they figure it out, and sometimes get a little glimpse of the life they built after the paperwork is finished.

That part never gets old.

Hillsborough House of Hope came into my life in a way that truly felt intentional — as though God placed this organization in front of me at exactly the right moment.
The work being done here is incredibly special. The team pours so much love, care, faith, and support into each and every woman who walks through these doors, and it is beautiful to witness the ways God is working through this organization.

When a friend calls with a need, it is truly an honor to be trusted to help.

For me, real estate is always more than just a transaction. It’s listening, understanding what really matters, looking beyond the obvious, and partnering together to make all of the puzzle pieces come together.

I cannot thank my buyers enough for trusting me through this purchase. I’m so excited for them to come back to Tampa and see the home in person for the very first time. There are so many full hearts, so much gratitude, and so much to look forward to.

In the quieter moments, I often think about how I want this business to reach beyond the homes I sell and the clients I serve. In honor of this closing, I will be making a donation to Hillsborough House of Hope.
