It has been a busy 6 weeks and we aren't slowing down yet. Here are a few of our recent success stories.

805 Frances Drive in Havana was on the market and under contract in less than 2 weeks. It had multiple interested parties being it was a great house and even better land and priced to sell. Sellers got what they wanted to move to the next chapter of their lives and Buyers got a home to grow into!

347 Office Plaza Drive in Tallahassee was a 2,250 sq ft office with multiple private offices and conference room space in a great location central to just about everything. To be honest this did not fly off the market like I expected. The commercial office market is slowing down a bit so we got creative with the tenants agent and came up with a deal that worked for his clients and ours! Love it when a great deal comes together for everyone!

2462 Lloyd Creek Road in Monticello was something really special. This 20 acres farm was downsizing and We were able to find common ground between buyers who has other plans for the property and sellers who needed flexibility getting this farm moved.
