I cannot even begin to express how proud I am of this woman! As a single mother, she set out to accomplish something incredible for herself and her children, and she did exactly that!

What makes this story even sweeter is that our journey only began mid August! After she posted wanting help finding a first time homebuyers class, I randomly reached out to her. One conversation turned into a plan, and barely 2 months later, here we are — HOMEOWNERSHIP! 🥹

What a special closing this was for my very first listing!

I am beyond grateful to my incredible sellers for trusting me with the sale of their home.

For generations, many families were shut out of homeownership through discriminatory housing practices. The Covenant Homeownership Program was created to help restore opportunity and open doors for a new generation of homeowners.

Through this program, eligible buyers may receive up to 20% down payment assistance (up to $150,000) with zero interest to help purchase their first home!
