Since then, he has experienced working as an Agent, as Broker with other franchise brands and now he is the Regional Owner for EXIT Realty New York Metro. In 2002, he purchased the rights of the New York Metro area from EXIT Corp. International and since then the EXIT NY Metro region has experienced tremendous growth and making a difference in the NY Real Estate Community. The EXIT Formula is Real Estate Re-invented. For the first time ever, the concept of residuals taken from both the insurance business and the music industry has been introduced to the Real Estate industry. Residuals are revolutionizing the Real Estate Industry fostering teaching, training, coaching, and creating profitability and financial returns that have been unheard of in years gone by. We are on a mission to build EXIT Realty to be the company who provides peace of mind to Brokers, Agents, and their Families by having these unheard financial benefits have never been introduced to our industry. These benefits include earning residual income as a third income stream known as passive income in addition, to their regular commissions. Our unique EXIT System provides an opportunity for Brokers and Agents to earn more than 100% above their commissions and to earn retirement income once they stop selling or listing real estate. In addition, it provides a financial safety for their loved ones to receive beneficiary benefits in the event of death. All this by simply assisting in the introduction process of Agents into EXIT Realty offices across North America. EXIT Realty focuses on providing Brokers and Agents the latest resources related to marketing, branding and tech tools to help them attract more Buyers and Sellers in their marketplace. In addition, we provide effective and professional training to help them become the best version as a Broker or as an Agent. To learn more visit us at www.JoinEXITRealty.com.
