🏖️ Now Hiring: Vacation Rental Turnovers – Surf City / Topsail Island

We’re hiring reliable cleaners (individuals or small teams) for turnover projects at our 5-star short-term rental beach homes on Topsail Island!

We’re Looking For:
• Individuals or teams who enjoy operating independently and appreciate standard procedures and checklists.
• Detail-oriented professionals who want to scale their cleaning business with reliable year-round turnovers, teamed with a Superhost with top-performing properties.
• Experience with vacation rentals or hospitality cleaning is a plus.

Position Details:
• Paid per-project (turnover clean between guests) via 1099s. Pick up conveniently prepped packages for each property at a standard location and time, thoroughly clean the property, communicate the supply status, and return the previous linens. Repeat
• Focus on procedural cleaning throughout home and setting up for next guest to enjoy a 5-star experience.
• Enjoy turnovers throughout the week, year-round with peak days being Saturdays and Sundays.
• Cleaning supplies provided. Detailed instructions and checklists provided for each property.
