Iā€™m Kodee, a military wife, mama of two girls, and a New Mexico girl at heart. The military brought us to Sumter, and weā€™ve never looked back.

I started real estate in 2020 as a ā€œbackup plan.ā€ Six years and 400+ families later, itā€™s turned into the thing I love most outside of my own house. Iā€™ve been the client too (weā€™ve moved 3 times and bought 4 homes ourselves!), so I know exactly how big this decision feels.

What I care about most hasnā€™t changed: taking really good care of people. Whether youā€™re PCSing in, upsizing for a growing family, or selling the home you raised your kids in, Iā€™ll treat it like itā€™s my own.

For a girl who focuses on dates so much and making sure dates are met/mentioned Iā€™m awful at doing that for myself. But 31 is bringing a lot of changes and a lot of growth. My motto used to be ā€œif I canā€™t do it Iā€™ll avoid it.ā€

We are called to SO MUCH MORE!

So in year 31 Iā€™m going to grow. Iā€™m pushing myself this year to more. Pushing myself into fear and pushing myself into things that will fail but not being afraid to dust off and get up and finding a solution. Growth.

Wellā€¦ As long as the growth is coming spiritually, mentally, emotionally and not in my hips. šŸ˜
