Congratulations to our wonderful repeat clients on the successful sale of their home! This one was a unique situation, with a tenant in place, which required careful planning and teamwork. Together, we were able to coordinate the sellers’ goals, the buyers’ closing, and the tenant’s move-out. All with our client closing on a purchase out of state. We are thrilled everything came together smoothly in the end. We’re so grateful to our amazing clients for trusting us once again.
