1706 N Dovetail Drive H is officially CLOSED!

This one moved quickly. After hitting the market, we were UNDER CONTRACT in just 3 DAYS, and on Friday we officially made it to the closing table.

I'm grateful to my sellers for trusting me to market their property, guide them through the transaction, and help get this one across the finish line.

This one took some work to get across the finish line, which makes seeing that SOLD sign and getting my seller successfully to closing that much more rewarding.

We got this Stuart home under contract in just 11 days, but getting under contract was only the first part of the job.

As we moved toward closing, some unexpected financing challenges arose on the buyer's side that required additional attention, communication and problem-solving to keep the transaction moving forward.

Rather than sitting back and waiting for someone else to figure it out, I got involved. I picked up the phone, asked questions, worked through what needed to happen step by step, and stayed engaged with everyone involved to help keep the transaction moving toward closing.

That's an important part of what I believe my sellers hire me to do. Marketing the home and getting a contract matters, but my responsibility doesn't end when the contract is signed.
