Sometimes, you have to move FAST in real estate. ⚡️

Yesterday, we scheduled a showing for this Palm City, FL home at 3:45 PM.

By 5:00 PM, we were writing and preparing a strong offer.

By 9:00 PM, we were officially UNDER CONTRACT. 🎉

And by 8:30 AM this morning, we were already at the inspection.

What made this possible? Having a great team of people behind you and representing you every step of the way.

As soon as we knew our buyer was serious, we were communicating with everyone involved. Including the home inspector, who was alerted yesterday evening that we were preparing a strong offer and wanted to be ready for an inspection first thing the next morning.

In a competitive Palm City real estate market, sometimes waiting until tomorrow isn’t an option.

Having a Realtor who is responsive, proactive, knows the right people, and is ready to move when you are can make ALL the difference. 🏡

I think this might be my favorite single-story new construction home in Stuart, Florida right now. 🏡

K. Hovnanian is building in one of my favorite communities surrounded by preserve and I just love this single-story floor plan.
