My name is Stephanie and I was born and raised in the Chippewa Falls area. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2021, and have been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2017. I am licensed in the State of Wisconsin and hold my license with Symple Real Estate. I started in the rental property world, and since grew to buying and selling properties of my own. Closing Day Tradition 🍕🏡

Some people celebrate closings with champagne… around here, it’s takeout pizza. 😂🍕

Every time I have a closing, I treat myself and the kids to pizza for dinner. It started as a simple way to celebrate a good day, and somewhere along the way it became our thing.

Another closing = another pizza night. ❤️
A little tradition that reminds me who I’m working so hard for in the first place.

And yes… they definitely know when Mom has a closing, dinner is handled. 😂🍕🏡

Two homes. Two completely different stories. And this feeling never gets old. 🤍

On the seller side, I had the opportunity to work with a repeat client on a home I’ve now had the privilege of selling three times! This time around, we staged it to perfection, got it market-ready, and officially got it SOLD. ✨

On the buyer side, this one feels extra special. I’ve been working with these buyers for years, waiting for the right one to come along—and we finally snagged them their country home! 🔑🌾 Some closings are definitely worth the wait.
