MARKET MONDAY! THE FALL MARKET IS HERE!
In our local area, more homes are hitting the market, giving buyers more choices, but that doesn’t mean strong homes have stopped moving.
Across Middlesex County, active inventory was up about 20% year over year in August, while homes still sold in a median of just 23 days. Nearly 46% of sales closed above asking price.
Here’s a closer look at a few of our local markets:

Currently buyers have more options than they did a year ago, but desirable homes that are priced and presented correctly are still attracting attention quickly.
For sellers, strategy matters even more as inventory grows. Pricing, preparation, staging, photography and marketing can make the difference between simply being listed and being the home buyers want.
