πJUST SOLD!!π
This one was very special for me. Iβve been helping Michael Aguilar and π. ππππΎππΆπ π for a couple years try to find the right house to make a home, and we finally did it! I am so beyond happy for Mike, Amy, and their son Max for finding, and buying, their first home. Nobody deserves it more than you guys! I cannot wait to see how you turn this house into your home.

Not only were we able to find them their perfect first home, but I was also able to negotiate for all their closing costs to be covered, have the seller buy down their interest rate, but also get them almost $10,000 in credits to go towards their wants for the home. Oh, we also closed a week early which they were super excited about!
