🏡😂 Some real estate showings are UNFORGETTABLE!

A two-family home, rented rooms, my buyer, her parents… and one VERY unexpected surprise behind a bedroom door! 😳🤣

Let’s just say we made a QUICK exit! 🏃‍♀️

Watch the story! You really can’t make this stuff up!

🏡😂 Well, I guess Diane gets the bragging rights this time!

A little real estate competition, a lot of laughs, and one very clear winner! Congratulations, Diane! 👏

Should I challenge her to a rematch?

Higher mortgage rates don't just affect buyers. They can change what it takes to sell your house, too.

Yesterday I went to Brooklyn to work on some videos and while in Coney Island Dolores and I stopped for lunch at Nathan’s.
My question is have you ever had frog legs? Would you try them? If you did have them what did you think of them? I’m thinking I may want to try them next time, thought I’d ask what your opinion is on this firstDolores Webb Apicella

🏡🎥 Real estate + Brooklyn pizza… now THAT’S a workday! 🍕

Spent the day in Brooklyn filming new real estate videos, but you can’t be in Dyker Heights without making a stop at Krispy Pizza! 😋🍕

Then it was back to work at my Brooklyn office right here in Dyker Heights.

I don’t just sell Brooklyn , I’m here working in the neighborhoods I serve. ❤️🏡
