🚨 NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper 🚨
📍 Location: Troy, AL
Our property management company is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to join our team and help keep our Troy mobile home and RV community running well and looking its best. This is a hands-on role for someone reliable who takes pride in their work, solves problems without being told twice, and treats residents with respect. If you're handy across the trades and like a job where no two days look the same, we'd like to talk.
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time
✅ Monday–Friday
✅ Rotating on-call schedule as needed
Responsibilities:
🔧 Complete maintenance work orders (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliances, carpentry)
🌿 Maintain community grounds (mowing, trimming, landscaping, pressure washing, trash removal)
🏠 Prepare vacant homes for new residents
🛠️ Perform preventive maintenance and basic HVAC troubleshooting
🤝 Provide friendly, professional service to residents
Qualifications:
✔️ 1–2 years of maintenance or handyman experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
✔️ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✔️ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
✔️ Must pass a background check
