Will be Interesting to see if the letter is more of a ransom note for Compass in exchange for donations to her campaign or if there’s any stomach in Washington to look at what is going to fracture the future real estate market in how buyers and sellers find available homes to buy or sell.

In a letter sent to Compass CEO Robert Reffkin, Sen. Elizabeth Warren warned that the company's private listings network threatens to create a 'two-tiered housing market.'

Congratulations to a couple whose journey to this home was a long time in the making.

I met this couple back in 2021. They'd already been through a previous home purchase that just hadn't worked out the way they'd hoped, through no fault of their own, and they deserved a much better experience the second time around. I was grateful they trusted me to help make that happen.

The search that followed took real patience. We submitted four offers that didn't come together. We toured close to thirty homes across South County and the surrounding areas. But every step brought us closer to a home that actually fit them, and that made all the difference.

This beautiful two-story brick home is the result of that patience, and I could not be happier for this family as they settle in. It's been a privilege to help turn the page on a rough chapter and start a much better one.
