📊 Here’s a quick look at how the St. Louis market performed this September:
Home prices continued to rise across all three of the major market areas in St. Louis, with STL County seeing the strongest year-over-year growth. New listings were down across the region compared to last September, while home sales were mixed. St. Charles County saw more homes changing hands, while sales dipped slightly in the City and County.
