Congrats to my seller and her family!

There's usually a good story that goes along with a great outcome.

The news was out she was moving soon. Then the seller was approached by a neighbor who offered to buy her home. With limited inventory, this happens often.

Many times the "offer" isn't as good as it could be on the open market. Sometimes the buyer isn't quite ready, may or may not have a home to sell, and the terms aren't up against competing offers, so they aren't usually as strong. The offer price was actually in line with comparable homes sold in the area. but...

The seller contacted me. We discussed home prep, listing timeline, price point, and a strategic plan for a multiple offer situation. We agreed that even with agent commissions it was highly probable she would receive a better offer once listed. I mean after all, that buyer still had an opportunity to purchase the home on market.

The plan worked perfectly. The seller received multiple offers. The winning one was $50,000 over asking- that's 113.9% list to sale price! Plus the terms were amazing! Off to a smooth closing.

If you're considering a move, reach out to me. Let's put a plan together that works best for you!

🏡14 years in Real Estate, and almost all my business comes from the referrals of friends, family and past clients. Thank you! That in itself drives me to do the best I can for them, every time.💯

☺️Another happy seller and another ⭐ 5-Star Review!

👓 Amazing! We could not be happier having Ron as our realtor. His knowledge and experience is second to none. Ron made it an absolute priority we knew all our options to sell our house and offered clear, concise suggestions for every step of the process. We worked together to come up with a solid game plan. The results exceeded our expectations. All calls and texts were responded to promptly and he always held our best interests as the highest priority. He was a partner, not just a realtor, I will be recommending him every chance I get!
