Luckily, the real estate market is still bringing some heat too. 🔥🏡

Right now:
• 6,840 active listings
• inventory is up 16.6% year over year
• median list price is $289,900
• about 1 in 5 listings have had a price reduction
• homes are spending a median of 45 days on the market

Translation: buyers have more choices, sellers have more competition, and pricing your home right matters.

Thinking about selling? Might as well get it on the market before the cold weather gets here…
