Restoration STL is revitalizing neighborhoods through urban husbandry by building a community, block by block. You can spot Restoration STL'S adept neighborhood coupling by their multi-use historic buildings, generating new revenue for the area and ensuring building survival with sustainable businesses. Since 1990, Restoration STL have been supporting the present with city-based, minority-owned businesses and, armed with tax increment financing and historic tax loans, we continue to invest in the future by repurposing vacant monuments to the past.
