Today, we broke ground on the final phase of Preservation Square as Phase IV nears completion! This milestone represents years of planning, partnership, and investment in the continued revitalization of St. Louis’ Near North Side.

Across nine city blocks, this transformative redevelopment will bring approximately 695 mixed-income homes to the community. But our work has always been about more than building homes—it’s about creating a community where families have the stability, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Through our partnerships with Home State Health and Urban Strategies, Inc., we’re connecting current, former, and future Preservation Square families with healthcare, resident services, community resources, and economic opportunities.

The Hughes House 3 construction team is hard at work, and we’re excited to see the project taking shape! Recently, Kimley-Horn, Spring Valley Construction, and Bennett Partners joined MBS Construction Manager Cleophas Miller for a walkthrough to review progress and keep the project moving forward.

Congratulations to the East Adams Phase 2 team, led by Allyson Carpenter and the Syracuse Housing Authority, on this exciting groundbreaking! We look forward to seeing the next phase of the East Adams Transformation Plan take shape and bring new opportunities to Syracuse seniors.

This milestone marks the start of construction on the next phase of the East Adams Transformation Plan, following the successful completion of environmental remediation at the site. This phase is dedicated entirely to serving the community’s seniors.

The new development will offer residents welcoming spaces to gather, connect, and stay active, including a community room, library, fitness center, and on-site management office.

We’re proud to be part of this continued investment in East Adams and look forward to seeing this important project take shape!

New drone video of the Senator Joseph M. Neal Jr. Apartments in Las Vegas, NV show the development beginning to take shape. Each stage of construction brings us one step closer to creating new, quality housing and strengthening the surrounding community.
