Welcome to the pumpkin patch at the Boulders at Katy Trail! 🎃🪧 Grab a pumpkin and come decorate with us! 👻✨💀🍬

Our team at Katy Trail hosted a pumpkin decorating event and didn’t miss a detail! You started by picking a pumpkin from their “patch”, choosing your paint and/or stickers, and then had some fun decorating. Not to mention, treats and drinks were provided. Plus, every kid in attendance received a Halloween goodie bag to take home! We loved attending this, and thank the Katy Trail team for always “finding a better way” to enhance resident events. 🧡

Our recent HVAC Workshop event hosted with Chadwell Supply was a huge success! 🧰⛅️🍕

We had over 20 maintenance team members attend this hands-on, interactive training to troubleshoot different types of HVAC systems. Led by some of our amazing Maintenance Supervisors, attendees had the chance to work on different systems, ask questions to see the solution firsthand, and collaborate with each other. We followed the stations activity with a pizza buffet for lunch and then a lesson on A2L at the Jasper Clubhouse. We look forward to providing more of these opportunities and would like to thank Chadwell Supply for their continued partnership with Mills! 🔧✨

Nothing but fun at Mills Fall Family Fun Day! 🌾🎃☀️

Mills team members and their families were invited to Thies Farm on Sunday for an afternoon of pumpkinland fun, apple c***r slushies, hotbox cookies, professional family photos in the pumpkin patch, and more! We had an incredible time at our fall event and are already looking forward to next year! Thank you to everyone who joined us!! 🎃
