When the work orders don’t stop, but neither does our maintenance MVP 😮‍💨🔧💪🏽 Give this man his flowers! 😂👏

My favorite compliment!

09/22/2026

When you’ve followed up 3 times, sent the pricing, availability, floor plans, your blood type… and still no response. 😭😂

09/18/2026

POV: The maintenance team is serving the community with excellence… one work order and one ✨attitude✨ at a time. 😂🔧🛠️

09/18/2026

POV: The manager is busy doing manager things while leasing is in the back like:

“Okayyy, but what TikTok should we make today?” 😭🎬

Manager: 📧📞📝🏃‍♀️🔥
Leasing: 💃📱✨ “Run it back, I need another take.”

Priorities. 😂🏢

Sometimes the timing of things just feels a little extra special. 🌈❤️

This beautiful rainbow over Tesson Ridge was captured and shared with us by our resident, Lisa — on what would have been our former team member Sean’s birthday.

Sean passed away last year, but he will always be part of the Tesson Ridge family. Seeing this rainbow stretching over our community and fountain today feels like the sweetest little hello from above. 🌈

Happy Birthday, Sean. You are remembered and missed. ❤️

Thank you, Lisa, for capturing and sharing such a special moment with us.
