Many treats, lots of laughs, and just a couple scares 👻 We love connecting more with the Vernal community. Such a cool and underrated part of Utah!! This Utah home is doing more than turning heads. It’s helping fund the future of BYU students. 🏡🎓

Cougar House 14 is part of a long-running partnership between the Utah Valley Home Builders Association and Brigham Young University, where trades, contractors, and real estate professionals donate their time, materials, resources, and services to the project.

When the home sells, the net proceeds go toward student scholarships, and Evolve is proud to be donating our commission to the cause.

The road home is officially paved. 🏡

Fresh asphalt is down at Vernal's newest condo community, and Building 1 is set to be complete by October 18. Come see it first at our open houses on October 17 and 23.

Who's coming? Fossil Cove is almost officially open for move ins! This project is the result of YEARS of dreaming, planning, developing, and working as a team with multiple organizations. We are so excited it's nearly ready 🤩
