Congrats Kathryn Cole for being this weeks Steffes Award winner!

"I’ve known this person for years through GSBOR, but recently I’ve had the opportunity to get to know her even better as we’ve been on the same team going through BOLD together.

She is a true leader, and it shows in everything she does. She genuinely cares about her clients, always advocates for their best interests, and leads with integrity and heart.

What I admire most about her is how she lifts up everyone around her. She’s incredibly encouraging, always brings positive energy, and truly is a ray of sunshine! She has a way of making people feel supported and valued, and she’s simply a joy to be around.
