🌊 Well… this one is BACK!
And there’s a NEW PRICE! 🏡

Sometimes a deal falls apart for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with the seller and that’s exactly what happened here. So, through no fault of the seller, this little Lincoln Lake gem is back on the market… and we just made it even more tempting! 👀

If lake life has been calling your name, you might want to answer. 😉🌅

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home would make a great:

🏡 Full-time home
🌊 Weekend getaway
💰 Vacation rental/investment
🛶 Home base for all your lake adventures

And that screened-in back deck? Perfect for coffee in the morning, a cold drink in the evening, or gathering with friends while enjoying the lake atmosphere.

Plus, the neighborhood offers a community pier, boat launch, and park — because lake life should be about enjoying the water, not just looking at it!

The first contract may not have worked out, but maybe the right buyer is still waiting to find this one. ❤️

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT — BUT STILL AVAILABLE! 👀

This one isn’t off the market just yet! It’s currently under contract with a Sale of Home Contingency, which means there’s still an opportunity for a backup offer.

✨ If you’ve been watching this property, now is the time to take a closer look. A strong backup offer could put you in position if the current contract doesn’t move forward.

📲 Have questions about what a Sale of Home Contingency means or want to see if this property could still be an option for you? Send me a message!

I am definitely not an extrovert, but I have grown to really enjoy these monthly Lunch & Leads!
If you’re hesitant to attend, like I was, let me know and I’ll save you a seat🙂

Networking is a scary word unless you're a total extrovert. It's much easier over a juicyburger or Reuben at the Depot Bar & Grill!

Come join us at 11:00am this Thursday, June 25th. You'll hear from The Farmers Bank and have the chance to give a business intro and exchange business cards.

This is a free event (with the exception of the purchase of your meal), but we do ask that you register as to not surprise the Depot servers.

Register Here (We'll also have a nametag for 'ya!)

🎉🇺🇸Still time to buy local for your Fourth of July festivities!
I have non-buyers remorse, so I’ll be going back for one of those cute kitchen towels!!

America is 250 years old!

Stop by the Chamberland Boutique at 405 W. Court Square and check out our patriotic collection featuring cocktail napkins that will make you snicker (only $2), sequined woven bags, trinket/candy trays and hand towels that are almost too cute to use.

Whether you're hosting, gifting, decorating, or just love a little red, white, and blue, we've got something that'll make you smile.

We're excited to see your face!

🛑Stop what you’re doing and imagine yourself sitting on your screened in porch, sipping your coffee, listening to nature on the lake.
(Peaceful thought, isn’t it!)
✨It doesn’t have to be imaginary!✨
I have just the place for you to relax and it fits a very modest budget.
My client just did a price improvement to help sell it fast, but it is move in ready.
Just bring your favorite coffee mug😉
