If I’m hard at work you better believe I have a cat assisting me. The creative process isn’t glamorous, but you can count on me to market your property to the max. When you list your property with me I’ll have a pro come out for photography and videography. I’ll market it on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, of course, but I’ll also share it on LinkedIn, NextDoor, Facebook groups, my email database, and mailers in the neighborhood. I’ll text the listing to local Realtors and connections I have in the area. I’ll do open houses if you want. I’ve been known to do newspaper ads when appropriate. I’m also open to any suggestions you have. Let’s get to work!

I really do enjoy keeping a clean house. I’ve experienced that a tidy house with less visual distraction helps my daughter focus while doing her schoolwork. Keeping our house relatively put together means I can have it looking presentable in 15 minutes if somebody needs to swing by. But we do live here, and even with normal weekly cleaning habits it’s good to do a deeper cleaning and decluttering a few times a year. Hopefully the weather will cool off and decide to stay cool, and you can open up the windows and get to work. What are some things you do to keep your house in shape?
