One of my favorite things about Houston is how much there is to explore! ❤️

A few weeks ago, the kids and I visited Katy Asian Town for the first time, and it was such a fun afternoon! We grabbed boba 🧋 and poke bowls, explored the Japanese bookstore 📚, and of course the kids had to try the claw machines. 🧸

If you’re new to Houston or you’ve lived here forever and just haven’t been…I’d add this one to your list! You’ll find tons of restaurants, boba and dessert shops, H Mart, Asian specialty stores, Korean BBQ, hot pot, ramen, sushi and plenty more to explore. We look forward to going back!

Definitely one of those places you could visit over and over and try something completely different each time!

🎉 SOLD & CLOSED in Cleveland, TX! 🌳🏡

A huge congratulations to my seller on officially closing on his 10 acres in Cleveland, Texas!

This property was truly a labor of love. My seller put in the work to clear, prep, and improve this land with the vision of creating a beautiful place to build a home, raise animals, and enjoy country living. 🐴🌿

And all that hard work paid off!! 🎉👏
We were UNDER CONTRACT in just 2 months! 🙌

Selling land is a little different than selling a home, and I’m so grateful he trusted me to market this special property and guide him through the process all the way to the closing table.

✨ LOCAL SPOTLIGHT: GALVESTON GETAWAY! 🌊☀️

Who says you have to go far to feel like you’ve gotten away?! 🤍

My husband and I recently snuck away for a quick one-night getaway to Galveston, and we had the BEST time! Sometimes 24 hours away is all you need. 🥰

We kicked off our trip with breakfast at Kaffeinated Crepes & Coffee ☕️🥞 before heading down to spend the day relaxing at the beach. 🌊☀️

After some much-needed beach time, the next morning we headed over to The Strand Historic District to explore! We ate some delicious food, wandered through the shops, and just enjoyed having nowhere we had to be. 🛍️🍽️

Galveston is such an easy little escape from the Houston area, and you can fit SO much into just one night. If you’re looking for a quick couples getaway without the hassle of a big trip, highly recommend! 💕

Good food + beach + shopping + quality time = pretty perfect getaway in my book. 🌴✨

This closing feels extra special! After a long journey of searching, touring, and waiting for “the one,” my buyers officially closed on their beautiful brand-new home in Hockley! 🎉

They’re making the move from Georgetown to Hockley, and I couldn’t be more excited for them to start this next chapter. Sometimes finding the right home takes a little patience, but when you finally walk into the one that just feels right, it makes the entire journey worth it. ❤️
