I’ve had the privilege of being part of this sweet client’s life since she was 12 years old, so getting to now help her and her new husband find their first home together after getting married was such a full-circle moment. 🥹🏡

Watching someone grow up and then getting to be the person they trust to help them navigate such an exciting new chapter of life is something I don’t take for granted.

I’m so grateful I got to be a small part of this milestone and even more grateful for the trust that has allowed me to be part of her life for so many years.

Houston buyers & sellers are in a strategy market.

Interest rates get most of the attention, but they’re only one piece of the picture.
Right now in Houston, pricing and inventory are what actually determine leverage.
For buyers, that means understanding how inventory in your specific neighborhood
affects negotiation power and monthly payment decisions.

For sellers, it means pricing with today’s buyer behavior in mind, not last year’s headlines. Homes that are aligned with current inventory are still moving. Homes that aren’t… sit.
