Today was a special closing.

These first-time home buyers and I have been working together for over a year. We took our time, worked through the process, got everything where it needed to be, and today they finally got to call themselves HOMEOWNERS!

First-time home buyers will always have a special place in my heart. There’s just something different about helping someone get the keys to their very first home.
