Dreams Do Come True 🥳

I'm thrilled for my client on getting their offer accepted on this adorable, picture-perfect Spokane Valley home.

Guiding a First time home buyer through the process is truly my super power 🦸🏼‍♀️ 😉

Offer Accepted! 🎉

✨️Story time✨️

I was tempted to stop posting as I NEVER want to present myself as coming across as having an ego or bragging. I genuinely get so excited right along with my clients when their offer gets accepted. It's an exciting time, and I'm always so honored to be a part of it and represent them in one of the biggest decisions of their life! ❤️🥺🙌

Our offer won out of a total of 15 other offers. You heard that right, 15! 😲

Choosing an agent who will listen, go to bat for you, and have excellent communication skills is necessary and always, but critical in this market!

If you're looking to buy or sell, I would love to have a conversation with you! ☺️

Sold!! 🎉

Huge congratulations to my Seller client who worked so hard to get her home ready, which in turn produced a full price offer less than a week on the market 🙌

It's never one thing that makes a transaction successful, from both agents to the lender to the escrow team. I'm grateful to have had such awesome people on this one ❤️

Congratulations, B! On to new adventures! ☀️🥳🍾🎉
