It’s that time of the year when Michigan’s forecast looks something like 72° and sunny on Tuesday and 30° with snow on Wednesday... ❄️

That’s why our maintenance teams spent the day at our Snow Removal Refresher, so whenever winter decides to show up, we’re ready. Thank you to everyone who joined us for another awesome training!

We asked our regional team what their walk-up songs would be. Then we fixed it for them…

Who had the best song?

Our Beacon teams have been bringing the pink to our communities! Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our teams have hosted resident events to raise awareness and funds for Ending Breast Cancer Forever in the fight against breast cancer.

Thank you to our teams for putting together such fun events, and to our residents for showing up and showing their support. Together, we make an impact! 💕

2026 Regional Retreat 🎉

We kicked off our Regional Retreat with guest speaker Dallin Cooper, who spent the morning helping our team sharpen our leadership skills and find ways to improve our day-to-day lives. We’re so grateful he joined us and for the incredible way he delivered his message.

Then we kept our brains spinning with some friendly competition at the Troy Game Show Battle Rooms. Co-worker faced off against co-worker with bragging rights on the line, and we walked away stronger because of it.

From Dallin’s talk to the final buzzer, it was a day of learning and growing together. Thank you to our amazing Regional team. We can’t wait to put it all into action! 💪
