HURRICANE MILTON UPDATE: Further to our last communication regarding Hurricane Milton, Bay Pointe Tower is following the directives of Pinellas County Emergency Management authorities who have issued a Mandatory Evacuation for Zone A. As such, we are abiding by this evacuation order and will be closing the Leasing/Management Office effective Tuesday, October 7th at 5pm. Bay Pointe Tower will have people onsite on Tuesday, October 8th to help Residents Evacuate but ONLY if it’s safe to do so.

Residents are asked to follow ALL Emergency Evacuation Orders and vacate your apartment home until this order is lifted. We anticipate The Leasing/Management Office will be closed Tuesday, October 8th – Thursday, October 10th and until further notice, subject to change upon the latest Weather Forecast.

We will continue to monitor the track of the storm and update you on any changes to the Leasing/Management office Schedule.

Please be advised that our Maintenance Team will not be completing Service Request while under a mandatory evacuation order or during an active storm. Maintenance Services will resume once all orders have been lifted and it is safe for our team members.

Wishing you safety and peace of mind during this time.
