Housing affordability is on our minds of many in UT. This snapshot offered a perspective I hadn't seen, but seemed helpful. A lot of good things going on in UT; seems others have noticed and are joining this great state (which in turn has raised prices). Last year was the first time I'd ever bumped into someone selling a home in California that explained they had to downsize/downgrade their living situation by coming to UT; even they were shocked.
