The only thing scarier than the Basement of the Dead Haunted House is my ugly face plastered all over this poster!

Hopefully someone in the Halloween spirit sees this terrifying mug and decides to let us help them sell their home or find their next dream spot!

Whether you’re looking to escape your current haunted house, upgrade to something a little less creepy, or finally find the home of your dreams, The Weber Team has you covered!

Huge shoutout to Calvin and Nicole Hupp with Allstate Insurance for teaming up with me and giving us the opportunity to market together! Love working with great people and local businesses who support one another.

Q4 IS OUR FAVORITE QUARTER.

While others run and hide from the fourth quarter, we turn up the heat.

Another two successful closings for The Weber Team!

Upland in Pingree Grove is officially SOLD, and we helped our buyer negotiate an incredible deal on a beautiful home in Orland Park !

We’re kicking off Q4 with strong sales, smart negotiations, and serious momentum. And we’re nowhere near finished.

With TWO MORE CLOSINGS coming in the next week, we’re on track to celebrate our BIGGEST MONTH YET!

The market doesn’t stop because the seasons change, and neither do we. While some agents slow down, we’re out here making deals happen, getting our sellers to the closing table, and finding opportunities for our buyers.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling, don’t wait for everyone else to jump back into the market. Let’s get ahead of it.

Happy 8th Wedding Anniversary to the love of my life, my best friend, my peace, and the most incredible woman I could have ever hoped to spend this life with.

16 years together. 8 years of marriage. And somehow, I still look at you and wonder how I got so fortunate to call you mine.

But the truth is, luck had very little to do with it.

What we’ve built has taken hard work, dedication, sacrifice, patience, forgiveness, and compromise. We’ve grown together, struggled together, celebrated together, and weathered storms only the two of us will ever fully understand. Through it all, we’ve continued to choose each other.

Behind every accomplishment, every goal I’ve chased, every risk I’ve taken, and every bit of success I’ve experienced, there’s been one constant. You.

You’re my peace when life gets overwhelming, my strength when I have nothing left to give, and the person who believes in me even when I struggle to believe in myself. So much of who I am today is because of your love, support, and the sacrifices you’ve made along the way.

The world may see my accomplishments, but you know everything it took to get there. And none of it would mean nearly as much without you beside me.

If I could go back 16 years knowing every challenge we’d face, every argument we’d have, and every mountain we’d have to climb, I’d still choose you. Every single time. Without hesitation.

No amount of money, recognition, or success could ever compare to coming home to you.

You’re my greatest blessing, my favorite person, my home, and the best part of my life.

16 years later, I still want a lifetime more. More adventures, more laughter, more memories, and the privilege of growing old beside you.

Happy Anniversary, my love. If I’ve done anything right in this life, it was choosing you and continuing to choose you every single day.

I love you endlessly.

One of the best parts of helping clients find their dream home is everything we get to experience along the way.

Yesterday, our journey took us to a beautiful farm, where we had the chance to soak in the scenery and meet some incredible horses that made the day even more memorable.

Between showings, busy schedules, and helping people find their perfect place, moments like these remind us to slow down and appreciate the beauty all around us.

Every property has a story, every client has a dream, and sometimes the journey gives us a little something extra to smile about.

There’s a powerful lesson in nature that we often overlook.

Every year, trees lose everything that once made them appear full of life. Their leaves fall, their branches become bare, and they endure the harshest seasons. Yet they remain standing, knowing that spring will eventually return.

Life works much the same way.

We all experience seasons of loss, uncertainty, setbacks, and change. Sometimes what feels like everything falling apart is simply life making room for something new.

The message is one of resilience, patience, and trusting the process. Losing something doesn’t mean you’ve lost your purpose. A difficult chapter doesn’t mean the story is over.

Even in seasons when nothing seems to be growing, your roots can be getting stronger.

Stand tall. Your spring will come.
